Inner Circle Membership Agreement
For each month of Inner Circle membership you have purchased, we will provide you with a mailed copy of the Strategic Outlier Letter for that month.
Every other month, if you are a paid member during that month, you are eligible to join Victor Cheng’s Office Hours live webinar session, and will have access to a downloadable recording of that session whether or not you attend live.
You are also eligible for a discount on live classes that are released during a month in which you are a member.
Your membership also includes invitations to live events with Victor Cheng that are conducted during a month in which you are a member.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Monthly Memberships
When canceling a monthly membership, all future charges associated with future months of your membership will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your membership will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; however, your membership access and membership benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.
Annual Memberships
If you cancel an annual membership within the first 90 days of your membership, your membership and other membership benefits will end at the end of the calendar month of your cancellation and you will receive a refund prorated to the end of that month. Refunds will be issued for the remainder after the months that membership benefits have been received are deducted from the total paid at the standard non-discounted monthly rate.
If you cancel more than 90 days after the start of the annual membership period, the cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current membership period. You will not receive a refund; however, your membership access and membership benefits will continue for the remainder of the annual membership period.
We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we do issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
We provide no guarantee implicit or otherwise of results based on our services. Our liability shall at no time exceed the fee charged for our services.
