When I saw it was rather complicated to figure out the correct one I skipped the question for the moment because I had already 50% chance to reply correctly. I got back to it at the end of the test. Although I managed to finish all the questions I definitely did not have time to think about something twice or check any of my calculations... to Aspirin:
